A particularly juicy liqueur from the experts at Giffard, made with tayberries. They're a cross between a raspberry and a wild blackberry - they look a bit like someone stretched a raspberry, which is quite pleasing. Giffard also added some blackberry and raspberry to this liqueur to emphasise their impact on the tayberry flavour profile.
Lots of red berry sweetness, with light touches of forest floor, walnut and white chocolate.
Tried a few raspberry liqueurs in my puff and thought I'd deviate to tayberries for a wee change and am so glad I did! Superb natural flavour as I've come to expect from Giffard (pronounced 'Ji far' - who knew)
