They're a cross between a raspberry and a wild blackberry - they look a bit like someone stretched a raspberry, which is quite pleasing. Tried a few raspberry liqueurs in my puff and thought I'd deviate to tayberries for a wee change and am so glad I did! Superb natural flavour as I've come to expect from Giffard (pronounced 'Ji far' - who knew)
