A sweet, nutty Amaretto from French syrup and liqueur experts, Giffard. Made with the maceration of almonds, apricot pits and cherry stones. Should make a great Godfather cocktail that you just couldn't refuse to take another sip from.
Nose: Almonds and ice cream. Is there an ice cream with almonds? If so, like that.
Palate: A burst of almond hits first, with caramel, citrus and dried fruit.
Finish: Caramel and those Italian biscuits that you dip into coffee.
Overall: It definitely tastes like an Amaretto should, always a good sign.
