Description
A sweet, nutty Amaretto from French syrup and liqueur experts, Giffard. Made with the maceration of almonds, apricot pits and cherry stones. Should make a great Godfather cocktail that you just couldn't refuse to take another sip from.

Nose
Almonds and ice cream. Is there an ice cream with almonds? If so, like that.
Palate
A burst of almond hits first, with caramel, citrus and dried fruit.
Finish
Caramel and those Italian biscuits that you dip into coffee.
Overall
It definitely tastes like an Amaretto should, always a good sign.
