Galliano is a delicious Italian liqueur, packaged in beautiful and unmistakable tapered bottle. This is made with vanilla beans and has a wonderful flavour.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Sweet spices and hints of aniseed meld with a core of sweet vanilla and lemon curd.

Palate Citrus and vanilla. Slightly herbal too, and very creamy. Custard apples and icing sugar.

Finish Slightly peppery finish. Long.

Wonderfully unique!
This liqueur has such an interesting flavour profile, adding complexity to cocktails and also delicious over ice. We have discovered the retro Harvey Wallbanger cocktail, and Golden Cadillac is an absolute winner. It is a fairly sweet liqueur, so needs a creamy or acidic foil in a cocktail, but the mix of herbal, floral, citrus and vanilla opens up so many delicious possibilities.

Great to be able to find Galliano at a good price-it is becoming more and more difficult to source.
I would otherwise miss my week end Harvey Wallbangers !!

My favourite Christmas tipple.. Harvey Wallbanger! Galliano, Vodka and Fresh Orange Juice.. love the taste, unfortunately cannot buy in shops or pubs anymore, fantastic to find a site on line that sells it 😊

Lovely
We love this poured over melon. First had it in an Italian restaurant many years ago. Also nice in a Harvey Wallbanger cocktail.

Fab in cocktails
Very nice in my version of a Harvey Wallbanger. Double shot citrus type gin (ie malfy), double shot vanilla galliano, over ice in a cocktail shaker, top up with fresh orange juice, shake, serve. I call it the Sarah Head Banger.
