Here we have Gagliardo's take on the classic Italian amaro, Fernet! The botanicals, including gentian, saffron and mint, are infused for 18 days, and are hand-stirred using the bâtonnage technique (which is basically stirring with stick). It's got those hallmark bitter notes with a refreshing wave of menthol in there, a fab digestif.
