El Hispano
An exciting addition to any cocktail armory, El Hispano is produced by macerating chipotle chillis in 55% ABV rum. After a month of maceration, it's rounded off with brown cane sugar and brought down to 30% ABV resulting in a superb balance of sweetness and spicy, earthy heat. Ought to be ideal for adding a touch of spice to cocktails... chilli Margaritas anyone?
