Dr. Adam Elmegirab is back with another intriguing, history-inspired tipple! This time, it's a peach aperitif the likes of which haven't been made in the UK for nearly half a century. It's created with a combination of herbs, spices, flower and citrus fruit, along with a botanical spirit, this is excellent for cocktails and spritzes, or even simply enjoying over ice.
Juicy vine peaches with a hint of sweet peach crumble underneath, followed by bitter peels, sage leaf and soft fennel.
Not tried anything like this before, delicious fresh peachy wine with loads of added fruity and herbal notes, has been going down very well with tonic and over ice with a slice of orange
