Dr. Adam Elmegirab is back with another intriguing, history-inspired tipple! This time, it's a peach aperitif the likes of which haven't been made in the UK for nearly half a century. It's created with a combination of herbs, spices, flower and citrus fruit, along with a botanical spirit, this is excellent for cocktails and spritzes, or even simply enjoying over ice.
