Domaine La Flaguerie presents a traditional Pommeau de Normandie aperitif, made with a blend of its own organic apple juice with young Calvados. The blend spends two years ageing in French oak barrels, developing elegant complexity with notes of dried fruits and gentle spice. Best served chilled, and great alongside a cheeseboard.
