Dolce Cilento do some great Italian liqueurs, but we couldn't wait to get our hands on this stuff. Pistachio cream liqueur! Perfect for ice cream, cakes, in mochas or by itself, chilled. Yummers, basically!
Distinctive green pistachio nuttiness with a hint of salinity smoothed over with gelato-like sweet creaminess.
The flavour is washed out and the texture is thin and watery. If you were expecting the equivalent of a whiskey cream or something similar with a rich pistachio flavour then this is not it. I am wholely unimpressed and going will not be ordering again.

Wow! I can't believe I can get this outside of Italy. Word can't describe how delicious it is. If you love pistachio you'll love this!
I love this with a Absinthe glass rinse shaken with cream and bourbon, or on the rocks.. It's a real game changer for any occasion!
