The Cotswolds Distillery has gone and made its very own Summer Cup, perfect for all kinds of superb summery serves. At its heart is the distillery's Cotswolds Dry Gin, which is combined with Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry alongside a host of herbs and spices. Serve with lemonade or ginger ale (with plenty of fresh cucumber, summer berries, and mint), or give it a go in some delicious cocktails.
