Description

Cloud House uses Arabica coffee beans grown in Colombia’s Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta mountains to make this characterful concoction. The beans are roasted and cold brewed, then infused with local Columbian rum for a profile that steers away from the indulgently sweet style of many coffee liqueurs, focusing instead on the robust, rich characteristics of the rum and the coffee at its core. Try this mixed with tonic and ice, garnished with a twist of orange peel for the Cloud House signature serve, or in a coffee-rich twist on an Old Fashioned.
