Noix des Pères Chartreux 70cl

Noix des Peres Chartreux is a walnut liqueur, made to a local traditional recipe by Carthusian Monks using green walnuts harvested by hand on St. John’s Day (24th June). They macerate them in wine and add a blend of botanicals to create a complex and rewarding aperitif best served cold with ice. Although it also makes an excellent cocktail ingredient.
