In this case, the Tequila Cask Finish, No.2 char American Oak barrels that previously held Espolòn Tequila were chosen to maintain the purity of its agave flavour. Finishing Campari bitter in these barrels adds a new twist to the profile you know, adding a slightly tart, herbal taste with notes of pepper and citrus.
