Campari Cask Tales Rum Cask Finish
The Campari Cask Tales range infuses its classic bitters with the flavours of drinks from other Campari-own brands. Campari herbalist and master blender Bruno Malavasi selected the casks, in this case barrels that previously contained Appleton Estate Jamaican Rum, and finished the bitter in them for six months. The casks brought subtle vanilla and tannins from the oak as well as tropical elements and citrus from the spirit. The tropical fruit balances the bittersweet Campari nature while the citrus comments the orange note already in the bitter.
