Hailing from the Burgundy-Franche Comté region comes this Crème de Cassis from Cambusier, made from the maceration of Noir de Bourgogne blackcurrant, a particularly aromatic variety of the fruit. Needless to say this'll be right at home in classic cocktails like the Kir Royale!
