Calabro Clementine Liqueur
It turns out that clementines are good for much more than finding at the bottom of your Christmas stocking. Like making tasty liqueurs, for example! Calabro macerates the peel of fresh clementines and macerates them for around two months, hence the colour. It works rather well alongside Scotch whisky and a splash of soda, we'll have you know.
