Braulio
A litre bottle of Braulio Amaro, an aged Italian liqueur packed with botanicals and herbs. The exact recipe remains a closely guarded secret, although rootsy notes of wormwood and gentian can be found along resinous juniper and alpine herbs. It's aged in oak barrels for up to two years, and the interaction with the wood is said to be a key step in creating the unique flavour profile. Sip slowly as a digestif, or use as to bring bitter balance in cocktails.
