Fernet Branca is a Fernet liqueur made with herbs and spices. Fernet Branca was created in 1845 by Bernardino Fernet, who started the company which still produces it today. Fernet Branca is made with 27 different herbs and spices from around the world, including saffron, myrrh, rhubarb, chamomile, cardamom, aloe vera and gentian. Fernet Branca is bitter and complex, with a long finish. It is typically served as an after-dinner drink or digestif.

Fernet Branca has a long history and has been enjoyed by many famous figures over the years. Fernet Branca was Winston Churchill's favourite drink, and he is quoted as saying: "In victory, deserve it. In defeat, need it." Fernet Branca was also enjoyed by Ernest Hemingway, who once said: "Fernet Branca, that great Yugoslavian drink which cures everything from a hangover to cold feet." Fernet Branca is still popular today and is enjoyed by many people around the world.

Nose Marmalade, hints of fresh mint and pepper. Very aromatic.

Palate Perfumed notes of potpourri, fruits, peppermint and zest. Rich.

Finish Dry, oaky finish. Very herbal now.

Excellent
Excellent product and does its job. Would not like to think that I did not have at least one bottle in the house. Service from master of malt ordering to delivery is excellent can’t fault it and great to be able to deal with a Uk company that’s hands on and the staff will pick the phone up to the customer if there are any unexpected changes. 100% will recommend them.

Bitter, acrid and doesn’t let go for a while (bitter jaje)
It is god awful, best £3.50 I ever spent on a digestive. Massively entertaining to warch everyone try it... it’s horrific!

A very special drink
I first was given a Fernet-Brance 55 years ago in Rome, to settle my upset tummy. It worked. All this past years I have drunk for pleasure

Wonderful after dinner liqueur
Growing up on Sardinia, this was a "go to" for any kind of tummy issue...even for children!! Fernet Branca is the perfect digestivo after an evening meal

Fernet Branca...special aromatic bitters kick
This quite incredible drink was introduced to me twenty years ago by my late Danish mother in law as a "Pick me up" and it does exactly that!

It is interesting so many of the reviews here suggest it is good as a hangover cure...I have never used it as such, but instead once every blue moon when I don't quite feel with it...then it is nice to have a small shot with a morning coffee as a pick me up...it really works and when you get used to it the taste is quite ok.

Es el mejor de todos los fernets que he probado. En Argentina "garpa". Es un clásico con coca cola. Yo no suelo tomar mucho fernet, soy mas del whisky y las bebidas blancas, pero siempre es bueno tener uno entre tu barra de tragos. 7/10

volvimos a la deficiencia
Otra vez como años atrás , me pasara, me toco una botella con un gusto muy amargo. esto lo puedo decir con el convencimiento del que toma esta bebida regularmente. En aquella oportunidad lo quise cambiar y para ello tuve que hacer poco menos que un escandalo. Por lo menos, ya que es una bebida tan prestigiosa, tendría que conservar la calidad. Los consumidores nos merecemos eso- Ah !, no lo compre con precios cuidados
