When something calls itself "The Ultimate Aperitivo", we're going to pay attention. Bonanto comes to us from Barcelona, and it's built around a wine base, featuring over 30 botanicals which have been macerated at their aromatic peak, including the likes of basil, bayleaf, thyme and wormwood. Alongside these helpings of herbs are a selection of citruses, apple, and a cherry distillate. Suitable for simply sipping over ice, but can also be used in cocktails, spritzes and the like, as you would expect from "The Ultimate Aperitivo".

Bright and fruity, the cherry really standing out. Fresh mint, savory herb, earthy basil and orange oil.
