Barsol Perfecto Amor
By blending together pisco and grape juice pressed shortly after the harvest, the Peruvian company Barsol have produced Perfecto Amor. Excellent served cold as an aperitif, with bright hints of plump raisin, sugared almond, apricot and, interestingly, a hint of Sherry.
