Bergia
This is an Italian amaro from Bergia, built around the brilliance of rhubarb. Enjoyably bitter, with tangy hints and fruity notes that will be familiar to fans of the stalks from the herbaceous perennial. Wonderful after a hearty dinner, and might well pair brilliantly with a rhubarb crumble.
Zesty rhubarb with a hint of cooked apple sweetness, liquorice, caraway, very subtly peppery, vanilla, thyme, coriander leaf.

Very pleased to find this; a classic bittersweet amaro with all the flavour but half the abv. Similar in principle to Zucca Rabarbaro but in my opinion much better tasting; less sweet and more complex.
