Barenjager Bottling Note

A delicious German liqueur, this is made using honey, and it has a vodka-base. Its name, Barenjager, is German for "Bear Hunter" - perhaps for the kind of bears that are easily snared using honey (we can think of only one, and he hung out with a donkey).
