
A tasty liqueur from Italian grappa producer Andrea Da Ponte, which sees Vignola cherries infused in grappa made from the pomace of Glera grapes (which you might know as the grapes used for Prosecco). The cherries rest in the spirit for five months, slowly letting their flavours marry together, creating a deliciously decadent drop.
Milk chocolate, strawberry, cherry, almond, anise, white pepper.
