Amarula Cream Bottling Note

A South African cream liqueur distilled from the fruit of the Marula tree. The flavour of Amarula is of fruit and caramel, and it's very quaffable. It won a Gold at the 2006 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. There's also a majestic elephant on the label, and Amarula has its own trust (The Amarula Trust) that raises funds for conservation, safeguarding, and education projects, dedicated to elephant protection.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Creamy almond, nougat, hints of figs, digestive biscuit, and caramel.

Palate: Sweet and tropical with notes of guava, fig, vanilla, crème caramel, and allspice.

Finish: Long and very creamy. Hints of gingerbread.

Only thing I can drink
I am in remission of throat Cancer and it is the only alcohol that I can drink although consumed with a full glass of milk. I is truly lovely and although this is the worst type to have when socializing. My problem has been solved with Amarula cream. It is so good that it is sadly out of stock. Hoping it will be back soon.
