A Rose-based liqueur from A. van Wees, with a rather poetic name - Roosje Xonder Doornen, or Rose Without Thorns if you're a bit behind on learning Dutch. This is made using a selection of roses which the distillers acquires from a rose grower that specialises in varieties which have rather striking aromas. As you can imagine, it's very fragrant, with a hint of sweetness at its core.
