A 3 year old rye-based genever from the de Ooievaar distillery in Amsterdam, produced for the A. van Wees range, which is home to a wonderful selection of tasty genevers. This one spends 3 years maturing, which develops the flavours while still keeping the classic notes of freshly-baked rye bread.
