A 15 year old genever from A. van Wees in Amsterdam, matured in oak casks. The lengthy maturation has helped to develop notes complex herbal, fragrant oak and subtle notes of tobacco.
Nose: Vine peach, eucalyptus and dusty pine.
Palate: Continued pine-y juniper, now paired with anise, cigar box and sponge cake.
Finish: Lemon balm, wheat and oak.
