A rich and exciting grappa from the Montanaro range – this one has been made using pomace from the Cannubi cru, a particularly well-respected area when it comes to Barolo wine. It has also been treated to an ageing period in oak casks, helping to develop its flavour profile. Should make for an amazing post-dinner drink.
Apricot, honey, earthy pear skins, a touch of flint, soft orchard fruits.
