A grappa from Italy that packs a punch. It’s made from the pomace of Muscat grapes and is distilled in a copper pot still then aged for 12 months in French oak barriques. Muscat is unique in that it produces wines and spirits that actually smell and taste of grapes, usually with some floral notes too, and this example is no exception.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Sweet grape with notes of honey and flowers on the nose. A rich sweetness on the palate with dried apricot, ripe grapes and wood on the finish.
