Nebbiolo is the grape that goes into two of Italy's greatest wines, Barolo and Barbaresco. Here the leftovers from wine making, the pomace, are fermented and distilled by one of Italy's finest distillers to produce a truly artisan grappa. One to sip slowly after a long lunch.
