A rather floral grappa from Italy's Distillati Capovilla, this particular expression is produced from Moscato Giallo (also known as yellow muscat) grapes. A brilliant digestif, full of ripe orchard fruits and citrus.
Notes of yellow pears, fresh mint leaves and lemon peel, with white grape sweetness and a touch of savoury kitchen herbs.

Somehow got this at $12 an ounce. Typical muscat nose, aromatic, some red fruit, perfume & sultana. Nice white pepper sting right off the bat, and smoothens out almost immediately and the grapes, raisin & citrus start to show their character. Gorgeous. Medium/long finish. Great price point.
