Drink it with Raspberries

Had this in a hotel in Brugges, as a G&T with Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic, and a few defrosted frozen raspberries. Very nice

Talks a big game...

I'm sure Piedmontese Hazlenuts and Columbian Cocao beans are lovely but they get a little lost in this lean, (maybe even boring) gin. You do get a subtle lovely nut aroma to it, but the flavour is a little thin and non-distinct. Maybe 45 herbs and spices was just too many
