This Mexican Old Tom Gin is built upon a host of traditional botanicals, bolstered by some wilder additions like jalapeño, ancho pepper, tomatillo, and sweet agave – superb for a twist on cocktail recipes that would usually call for Tequila, like a Picante or a Paloma, and ought to be rather good with tomato juice based serves too... Mexican Red Snapper, anyone?
