Description

For this rather decadent Sloe Gin, Chase macerates Herefordshire sloe berries along with some mulberries in its own Chase GB Gin. Following that, the spirit is allowed to rest in Rhône Valley red wine casks, helping bolster the rich dark fruit notes.

Overall

Blackcurrant, boozy red wine, cinnamon and cardamom heat developing alongside forest floor and solid juniper.
