Chase GB Gin

This dry, juniper led gin tastes like it has been designed for the much loved G&T. This exceptional gin starts life as Chase's Potato Vodka, but is then combined with a selection of 10 botanicals - the likes of juniper, almond, angelica, cardamom, cinnamon, clove, coriander, ginger, lemon peel and liquorice root. Boasts a good balance of spice and citrus, with the all-important juniper commanding the room.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose The aroma is fittingly juniper forward with warm spicy notes of cinnamon and nutmeg.

Palate The palate is dry and full-bodied with a citrus quality with spice at the back, followed by a large helping of juniper.

Finish The finish retains that ever present spiciness but with a refreshing touch of citrus zest and a hint of apple.

Overall This well-constructed gin displays refreshing notes of citrus with warm spice, and makes for a fantastic G&T.

Reviews for Chase GB Gin
Very dry spirit taste
Although this gin is supposed to have botanicals these are not very prominent. If you like very dry gin this is your bag but this certainly wasn’t mine, so won’t be buying it again

Quality gin but perhaps a bit sweet/spicy for some.
Dry but nicely spiced gin with very distinct ginger tone. Makes a nice wintry gin as it has a warm after taste on the palette. Mix wise, don't really bother with lemon as it gets lost and confused in the taste. Lime is perfect and works well with orange. Tonic wise, i tried basic tonic tastes which just jumbled up the flavours, however, put it with Fever Tree clementine with cinnamon and it's terrific. A bit specialised and not for everyone. Quality non the less.

Good clean gin
Superb clean gin, especially tasty served with Mediterranean tonic water. Did not try with ginger slice but thyme sprig. Good in cocktails. A nice solid sturdy bottle too.

Best of British
Nothing compares to this world class gin. Head and shoulders above the rest, strongly recommend visiting their farm and partaking in the distillery tour. Wonderful field to bottle story.

G&T with a ginger twist..
Another deliciously smooth gin by Chase Distillery, I tried it with the slice of fresh ginger as suggested and it complimented the drink perfectly.
