This right here is a fruit-forward variation on Wildcat Gin, featuring the deliciousness of blackberry right at the fore. The base gin features the likes of juniper, coriander, and cat's claw. It's a type of woody vine found in the tropical jungles of South and Central America. Nothing to do with actual cats and their actual claws (phew!). Of course, this is going to be marvellous in Bramble cocktails.

My daughter & I love this gin. Flavour is subtle but clearly bramble. Makes for a delicious long GnT with plenty of ice
