The distillers recommend this in a G&T garnished with lemon and thyme!

Nose
Clean juniper and lemon. Angelica gives it a floral element.
Palate
Layers of fresh citrus and hibiscus sweetness, joined by a hint of fennel seed.
Finish
Drying cubeb peppery hints, and a touch of savoury thyme.
