Made over in rural Exmoor, Wicked Wolf Gin is the venture of husband and wife duo Julie Heap and Pat Patel. The couple moved to the South West to enjoy a slower pace of life while starting their own business. They didn’t always know it was going to be gin, but after brainstorming and realising they both love the spirit, it was a no brainer and in 2013 they decided on pursuing gin as a business. Armed with Pat’s palate, the two finally picked out 11 botanicals, with inspiration coming from Asian ingredients. The gin took two years to perfect, with each botanical distilled individually and then blended using a top secret recipe that only the couple know.
