Wicked Wolf Exmoor Gin is made in North Devon using a selection of 11 botanicals - these include juniper, angelica, cardamom, coriander, cubeb, grains of paradise, hibiscus, Makrut lime leaves, orange peel, lemon peel and lemongrass. The distillers recommend this in a G&T garnished with lemon and thyme!
Clean juniper and lemon. Angelica gives it a floral element.
Layers of fresh citrus and hibiscus sweetness, joined by a hint of fennel seed.
Drying cubeb peppery hints, and a touch of savoury thyme.

I tried this gin at The Prospect Inn in Exeter. I liked it so much I looked up where to buy some, one shop said they had 2 bottles left so I reserved them and drove over 40 miles across Devon to pick them up. Well worth the trip! This gin is incredible and I am betting it won't be long before it wins some top awards. It's always out of stock so that tells you something!
Smooth and elegant, has a lovely fresh floral note that gives way to wonderful warm spices, it packs a mouthful of flavours beautifully layered. Stunning as a sipping Gin or as a Gin & Tonic with Lime. Originally bought this as novelty Gin, but on tasting was just blown away, a firm favourite.
They have this where I work and it's pretty epic. We have about 25-30 of the classic "craft" gins, and this is by far the most intense Gin experience. I personally love it, a real fresh citrus kick, with lots of wild thyme and rustic heather notes. For those that know Exmoor, you'll understand the terroir of this perfectly. it makes the striking scenery, moist mists and wicked winds perfectly. Great neat sipping gin, or in a G+T. See if you can get hold of some Exmoor caviar too. It exists, and this makes a great alternative to champagne as a pairing.
Wow, this is a wonderful gin, beautifully aromatic, the flavours are very unique and very evident. It really does take gin to the next level. Very genuinely, after just one glass, it was elevated to my favourite gin (and I love gin!). Please do not waste this on cheap tonic, treat it to something tasty like Fever Tree or similar. I really hope this product does well, I'd hate to ever lose my new favourite!
