Whittaker's Crabby Old Tom Gin
This isn't named after a grumpy old guy called Tom. Whittaker's Crabby Old Tom Gin is actually made with last season's crab apples from the Harewell House Farm, where the distillery is based. The limited edition gin should work very well in all manner of warm cocktails. An Old Tom Hot Toddy is definitely on the cards.

Slightly spiced and a hint of juniper, with syrupy orchard fruits and a touch of apple skin sharpness among the sweeter notes.
