This gin is produced with Sicilian lemons, which are transported to the Wessex Distillery and then hand-peeled, before the gin is infused with a distillation of core botanicals and ginger. Boasting plenty of zingy citrus, hearty juniper, and fiery ginger warmth, it'll work splendidly with tonic, garnished with a ribbon of lemon.

Wessex Distillery was awarded the IWSC 2022 UK Gin Producer of the Year trophy.
