A Lemon Balm Gin from the wonderful Warner's (formerly Warner Edwards)! The fragrant citrusy gin is made with botanicals hand-picked from the Falls Farm, and they're even distilled within an hour of harvesting. Talk about fresh. The stars of this show are lemon balm, lemon verbena and lemon thyme, with a touch of bee pollen thrown in there as well. A great mix of citrus and herbaceous notes that should do very well paired with a Mediterranean tonic.
Loads of zesty lemon, with boiled lemon sweeties, a peppery touch, honeycomb, herbaceous lemon balm and a floral finish.
