A peated gin?! That's not something you see every day. Produced in Italy, peat-smoked juniper is the star here. It's then distilled alongside citrus, aloe, oregano, and bergamot, so it's full of bright Mediterranean flavours as well as smokiness. We'd want to let this one shine in a Martini!
