Tom Cat Dry Sussex Gin
Tom Cat Dry Sussex Gin is based around a selection of just six botanicals - juniper, lemon, orange, cardamom, coriander (locally-grown coriander, we'll have you know!) and orris. The water used to bring it down to bottling strength comes from Pear Tree Well in Palehouse Common.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Dried citrus sweetness blends well with peppery juniper. Very slightly floral at points, with a rounded mouth-feel.
