Tom Cat distils its Cloudy Mango Gin in small batches combining six aromatic botanicals (including juniper, orris root, coriander, orange peel, cardamon and lemon peel) with the addition of mango and locally-grown coriander.
The distillery suggests to make a G&T with one part Cloudy Mango Gin and two parts Fever Tree or Folkingtons tonic water, plus the addition a few crushed blueberries, a small leaf of mint and a lot of ice.

Obvious notes of fresh mango are up front and juicy, with waxy orange zest and light pineapple notes among bright juniper and a little herbal spice.

I loved it. I got a miniature for Christmas. I could taste the fruity flavour and the ginger. I had fevertree light so I could pick up the flavours
Tasted it earlier at Farnham Christmas Market. Loved it. Easy to drink without a mixer too. Wish I'd bought some then!
