Tom Cat Cloudy Mango Gin
Tom Cat distils its Cloudy Mango Gin in small batches combining six aromatic botanicals (including juniper, orris root, coriander, orange peel, cardamon and lemon peel) with the addition of mango and locally-grown coriander.
The distillery suggests to make a G&T with one part Cloudy Mango Gin and two parts Fever Tree or Folkingtons tonic water, plus the addition a few crushed blueberries, a small leaf of mint and a lot of ice.
