Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Juicy blueberry sweetness is as up-front and central as would be expected, with support from Parma Violets and candied peels. Faint hints of red cola cubes, liquorice and bubblegum provide more sweet-shop-aromas.
Palate
Fresh coriander provides a kick of spice alongside vegetal juniper bringing depth and complexity to more sharp blueberry and the syrupy sweet underlay.
Finish
A little icing sugar and floral violets join the remaining smatterings of blueberry in a short finish.
