Inspired by the North Essex Coast, Tide's Fortune Essex Dry Gin is produced by East Coast Distillery, situated just off the Thames Estuary. A collection of botanicals including whole juniper berries, sea buckthorn, and sea purslane create a fabulous dry gin with herbaceous wafts of coastal character. This has plenty of character for sipping neat and would also pair well with tonic water of course!
Immediate hits of juniper and a touch of lemon zest intertwine with coastal salinity, liquorice, spice and charred herbs.
