Tide’s Fortune Elder Pear Dry Gin
A crisp and delicious dry gin from the East Coast Distillery over in Essex, made with botanicals including pear and elderflower. To extract their sweetness, pears are roasted, before being popped into a beloved still nicknamed Monty. A host of other botanicals, including dried elderflower are vapour infused, imparting delicately fruity and floral character to the final spirit. Super served with elderflower tonic!
